About Edith Punt

Edith Punt (1957) started her career as an HR Consultant in 1985 in Bangkok, Thailand. She rendered services to multinationals and privatised government agencies. The initial focus of her efforts was succession of expatriate management by local Thai staff. Throughout Asia she gained experience in job analysis and classification systems, personality questionnaires, aptitude testing, assessment and development center construction.

Upon her return to the Netherlands in 1995 she first worked as a management trainer in Breda and later became international headhunter in Amsterdam. In 1999 she started her own agency in Amsterdam. Since 2003 she operates from Zwolle.

In due time she focussed on applications of the Graves method and system dynamics for operations. Next to projects within (semi)governmental and regional bodies, she has extensive experience in succession issues within family owned SME’s. She has successfully conducted employability and change projects for operations in the health business, educational institutes and multinational corporations. She is an experienced cross cultural management trainer and international teambuilder.

Edith holds a few extra-currilcular positions. She is a member of the Board of Directors of NTCC The Hague (Netherlands Thai Chamber of Commerce) en the Zwolle chapter of VVD (Liberal Party). She is the President of MKB IJsselvecht (regional association of SME's) as well the semi-professional theatregroup 'De Jonge Honden'.
